Great Relief Therapies - Dr. Steven Manire

In Post-Traumatic Stress
"you experienced, witnessed, or were confronted with an event(s) involving actual or threatened (perceived) death or serious injury, or a (perceived) threat to your or someone else's physical integrity and your reaction involved extreme fear, helplessness, or shock."

Stress is not "out there" but is your internal physiological response to these events or threats, and is not inherently bad.  The survival or stress response prepares you to either fight or flee the danger, or to "freeze" if the danger is overwhelming.  If this goes on too long or you do not "complete the action" then you can become "stuck" in the response, which then results in the various symptoms noted.  You may go on, but some part of you is stuck in time, keeping you from being fully present  and  effective now.   The past is past, but some of your  energy is stuck there.

What is needed is a way to release the stuck energy, the unfinished stress response.  The meridian energy therapies and chiropractic bodywork techniques can do just that, allowing your natural, inherent healing capacity to bring about your recovery, often quite rapidly in many cases.  This is very different from traditional approaches, it is not psychology, and may seem odd to you at first.   As you use the  energy techniques  yourself, however, you will  regain a sense of hope and empowerment as you experience the  changes and begin to feel alive again.

This is your journey of recovery.  You may find this approach to be sufficient, or you may use it along with the traditional approaches, as well as other natural and basic approaches to health and well-being.   I fully believe that  your answers are within you, and trust your inner wisdom to guide you in determining what is in your best interest.
