Manual therapies utilized include gentle joint and soft-tissue manipulation, myofascial release, rapid trigger point release, and deep tissue work to release the "stuck places" and turn off the pain. Bodywork also helps to restore your sense of connection with your body, as a common symptom of stress is numbing or dissociation.
Other areas of value may be addressed, such as basic nutrition and exercise, and referrals to other professionals will be be made if/as they are indicated.
